Lebanese Army Command - Orientation Directorate issued a communique this afternoon, indicating that on October 11, 2024, a patrol of the Army’s naval forces off the Ramkin Islands in the North was able to rescue 98 Syrians and one Lebanese, when they attempted to leave Lebanon illegally on board two boats towards the Cypriot islands, as both boats sank into sea.
