The Public Health Emergency Operations Center at the Ministry of Public Health reported that an Israeli airstrike on Barja initially killed four people and injured fourteen others.
The ministry also renewed its warning to media outlets and social media users, urging them not to make hasty announcements or calls for blood donations. It emphasized that such actions could disrupt rescue operations and slow emergency response. There is currently no need for additional blood units, as a clear coordination mechanism with the Red Cross is in place to deliver units efficiently to where they are needed. Strict adherence to this process is essential.
