The spokesperson for the Israeli army wrote on X: "An urgent statement to the residents of southern Lebanon in the following villages: Tayr Harfa, Jebbayn, El Qasr el Ahmar, Jbal El Botm, Zibqin, Chihine, Houmayri, Kharayeb, Ansar, Al-Matariyyah, Aadloun, Majdal Zoun, Chamaa, Abou Chach, Naqoura, and Alma ash Shaab.
Hezbollah's activities force the army to act forcefully in these areas, and we have no intention of harming you. For your safety, you must immediately evacuate your homes and move north of the Al-Awali River. To ensure your safety, you should evacuate without delay.
Anyone near Hezbollah members, facilities, or weapons puts their life in danger. Movement southward is prohibited, and any movement in that direction may endanger your lives. We will inform you of the appropriate time to return to your homes when conditions allow."
