The official account of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers on X shared a video of Prime Minister Nawaf Salam's remarks and what he said to the Lebanese people on MTV.
During his speech at a cultural event held at Seaside Arena - Beirut, Salam addressed the Lebanese people, emphasizing the "significance of this historic moment" and affirming that "Lebanon has a real opportunity for reform."
He also noted that "the confidence granted to the government is a confidence in Lebanon and the future of its youth. This is a government of reform and rescue. As for Beirut, it is a historic city that deserves to live in peace and deserves beauty and freedom. It is the capital of literature and arts in this region, and this artistic gathering is clear proof of Beirut’s revival as we have always known it."
