First Government of New Term Expected Today After Shiite Minister Deal

It appears that the first government of the new term will be formed today, as the disagreements that overshadowed last Thursday’s trilateral meeting in Baabda over the name of the fifth Shiite minister have now been resolved.

According to MTV, an agreement has been reached overnight to appoint Raed Sharafeddine as the fifth Shiite minister.
