Former French President Sentenced to Wear Electronic Bracelet

The French judiciary has imposed an ankle electronic bracelet on former President Nicolas Sarkozy to track his movements following his conviction on corruption charges in the so-called wiretapping case.

In his first public appearance after the ruling, Sarkozy was seen wearing the monitoring bracelet on his leg while exercising.
