Discussions reportedly focused on recent developments concerning detainees in Syrian prisons.
The committee resolved to coordinate with security agencies, including the Lebanese Army, Internal Security Forces, General Security, and State Security, to gather actionable information on detainees and verify the names of individuals released over the past days.
Brigadier General Ali Taha was tasked with investigating the released detainees to ensure proper follow-up.
The detainee file remains a priority, with Minister Khoury planning further meetings with the Missing Persons Committee to advance efforts.
