Hezbollah issued the following statement regarding the funeral ceremonies for its Secretary-General, the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah:
The leadership is conducting intensive communications and consultations at the highest levels with Iraq and Iran, where a historic funeral will be held in Beirut. A memorial prayer will also be held in Iran. After that, the body will be transported on a presidential plane to Karbala, where he will be laid to rest in the holy shrine next to his grandfather, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
