Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi on Friday said ties with Russia were a "constant in a turbulent world" as he addressed a press conference in Beijing.
"A mature, resilient, and stable China-Russia relationship will not change due to temporary events, nor will it be disrupted by third-party interference," Wang said.
