Prime Minister Najib Mikati has started official bilateral talks with his Iraqi counterpart Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, whom he met in Baghdad, in the presence of General Security Chief, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, and Lebanon's Ambassador to Iraq, Ali Habhab.
