Ministry of Public Works intensifies snow removal efforts, Mdeyrej–Dahr El Baydar–Chtoura highway open to traffic.
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport on Saturday mobilized its teams across all affiliated centers to clear snow from various regions in Lebanon, ensuring roads remain open and safe as storm "Adam" sweeps across the country.
In an official statement, the ministry emphasized its commitment to maintaining traffic flow on the Mdeyrej–Dahr El Baydar–Chtoura highway, anticipating heavy vehicle movement over the next two days.
Moreover, the Public Works Ministry urged motorists to adhere to security directives and public safety guidelines to safeguard themselves and other road users.
The ministry also reaffirmed that its teams were operating around the clock to mitigate the storm’s impact and implement necessary measures to keep traffic uninterrupted.
