The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement:
The Army continues to reinforce its deployment in the south following the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) within the framework of Resolution 1701, in the aftermath of the recent Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
In this context, the Army Command is following up with the relevant authorities on the ongoing violations committed by the Israeli enemy, while military units continue to carry out their missions, including raids in various Lebanese areas in search of wanted individuals. Additionally, deployment along the northern and eastern borders is being strengthened in preparation for any emergencies, especially during this exceptional phase that requires all parties to cooperate for the national interest.
