The Israeli Army spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, wrote on his account on X:
"Urgent statement to the residents of southern Lebanon: Movement or travel south of the Litani River is strictly prohibited from 5:00 pm until 7:00 am tomorrow. Those present south of the Litani River must remain in their current location. For your safety, you must adhere to these instructions."
