An Israeli report revealed that the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon includes provisions for Hezbollah to withdraw north of the Litani River and not return to the border.
The Israeli media indicated that Israel would receive US and Russian guarantees to prevent Hezbollah's rearmament, and the Lebanese Army would dismantle any remaining Hezbollah infrastructure along the border.
The agreement stipulates that the Israeli army will withdraw from southern Lebanon to the international border line, with Israel retaining the right to act against any future violations from Lebanon.
As for Syria, the agreement assigns it the responsibility of preventing the transfer of weapons from its territory to Lebanon.
