A large fire broke out in the forests of the town of Al-Bireh in Chouf since last night and is still ongoing today, with flames raging significantly as the fire expands to the surrounding crops.
Civil defense forces, especially those in the town center, are working to contain the flames in an effort to extinguish the fire.
Residents have called on the relevant authorities to provide the necessary support in this regard.
