Suffocation occurred due to phosphorus shelling on Khiam

The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health announced that "the hostile Israeli artillery shelling with phosphorus munitions on the town of Khiam resulted in a citizen suffering from suffocation, requiring treatment in the emergency department of the Marjayoun Governmental Hospital."
