Caretaker Minister of Public Works Ali Hamieh arrived at Beirut’s Rafic Hariri International Airport to inaugurate the construction of the new Fast Track lane for departing passengers, starting from the arrivals hall.
The event was attended by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Engineer Fadi Al-Hassan, Middle East Airlines Chairman Mohammed El-Hout, Airport Security Chief Brigadier General Fadi Kfoury, and Internal Security Forces Commander at the airport, Brigadier General Izzat Khatib, alongside technical and administrative airport officials.
In a post on X, Hamieh stated: "From Beirut’s Rafic Hariri International Airport, the construction of the Fast Track lane for departing passengers is being launched today as part of the ongoing efforts to enhance and develop services at this vital and important facility in Lebanon."
