President Michel Aoun on Thursday welcomed at Baabda Palace, Lebanon's Ambassador to Algeria, Mohammad Hassan, who briefed him on the ongoing preparations for convening the Arab Summit in Algeria, as well as on the best means to bolster bilateral relations between both countries. Hassan also briefed the president on the situation of the Lebanese community in Algeria. 

The President of the Republic also welcomed the Ambassador of Lebanon to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Abbas, with whom he discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as the most recent developments concerning the Iranian nuclear file.
