Prime Minister Tamam Salam arrived Monday in Kuwait heading a ministerial delegation to take part in Kuwait's third donors’ conference.
"We're in our beloved country of Kuwait to take part in the third donors’ conference under the patronage of his highness, the bounteous prince of Kuwait," Salam said in a word he had delivered at Kuwait airport.
"We're here to collaborate in the face the critical phase that accompanies the Syrian migration into Lebanon and other neighboring countries, and to unite to find the best cure to the Syrian refugees' wounds," Salam said, hoping that discussions would bring about support to hosting countries as well.
