Prime Minister Nawaf Salam accompanied by his delegation, held a meeting at the Sector Command Office upon his arrival at Benoît Barakat Barracks.
Salam was received by Acting Army Commander Major General Hassan Audeh and Commander of the South Litani Sector Brigadier General Edgar Lawandos.
Following the meeting, Prime Minister Salam is set to meet with a delegation from Dhayra, who have been protesting outside the barracks.
He will listen to their demands and concerns, particularly regarding the incursion of enemy forces into their lands, with a focus on the destruction in the southern district of the town.
