Photos: 'Bye-Bye' to the Barriers at the Government Palace

Concrete barriers and barbed wire have been removed from streets surrounding the Government Palace in an effort to ease traffic flow and contribute to revitalizing downtown Beirut, following the instructions of Prime Minister Nawaf Salam.
