Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received a congratulatory call from French President Emmanuel Macron following the formation of the new government. During the call, both leaders reviewed the general situation in Lebanon.
In addition, Prime Minister Salam received a call from Jordanian Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, during which they emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Lebanon and Jordan.
He also received a call from Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, who similarly extended congratulations and reaffirmed the necessity of enhancing ties between the two countries.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Salam received congratulatory calls from Maronite Patriarch of Antioch and All the East Youssef Absi, and from the Mufti of Akkar, Zaid Bakr Zakaria, both of whom wished him success in his new role.
