Prime Minister Nawaf Salam denounced the condemned position issued by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which he called for the establishment of a Palestinian state on the land of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, categorizing this stance within the "continuous aggression against Arab countries and interference in their affairs."
PM Salam stressed "the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on their Palestinian land, in line with the Arab Peace Initiative issued at the Beirut Summit."
He expressed his support to Egypt's call for an emergency Arab summit on the 27th of February to take appropriate decisions in the face of this serious plan targeting Palestine, its state and people, and other Arab countries.
Salam hoped for a unified Arab position to put an end to the destruction and displacement projects.
