Sheikh Akl of the Unitarian Druze Community, Dr. Sami Abi Al-Muna contacted by phone Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, to check on his health condition.
The media office of the Druze Unitarian Sheikhdom said that the call was an opportunity to discuss the current proposed issues and the developments at the governmental level, urging the concerned Lebanese officials to eliminate the obstacles facing the birth of the new government.
Their Eminences also affirmed their great confidence in the new tenure, in terms of the responsibility of enhancing stability and internal solidarity, establishing national sovereignty over the entire national territory, and protecting Lebanon in the face of the major challenges facing the country and the region.
