The Lebanese group says it denounces the “Zionist American aggression” against Yemen, “which targeted civilian infrastructure in a blatant violation of all norms and humanitarian and international laws”.
Hezbollah added that Israel is a “cancer” that poses a threat to the entire region, calling for facing it with “more perseverance and resistance”.
“We call on all the free people and resistance forces to be united in solidarity in confronting this ongoing aggression against our people,” Hezbollah said in a statement.
For more than a year, the Lebanese group launched attacks on Israeli military targets as part of a “support front” in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.
But after more than two months of all-out war that saw Israel assassinate Hezbollah’s top leaders and destroy large parts of Lebanon, the two sides reached a shaky ceasefire last month.
