The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that in coordination with the Ministry of Information, it has submitted a complaint to the UN Security Council regarding the latest Israeli attacks on journalists and media facilities in Hasbaya and Ouzai.
In the complaint, Lebanon stressed that “the Israeli repetitive targeting of the media body is an unspeakable war crime requiring holding Israel accountable and punishing it.”
Lebanon called the UNSC member states to “adopt efficient measures to achieve an immediate ceasefire and a halt of Israel’s continuous attacks on Lebanon and its people, including civilians, journalists and paramedics.”
