The Israeli army announced that 50 projectiles were launched from Lebanon towards northern Israel on Wednesday morning, without immediate reports of human casualties or material losses.
The Israeli army stated in a statement that "some projectiles were intercepted, while others fell in the area." Meanwhile, Hezbollah reported that it had bombarded the city of Safed, located in northern Israel, with "a large rocket barrage."
