Paramedics and rescue teams urged citizens not to gather around the targeted building in the Al Qaem neighborhood in Dahieh in the southern suburbs of Beirut, in order to ensure their safety and to allow the transportation of the injured without obstructing fire and ambulance vehicles from reaching the hospitals.
