Israeli warplanes and drones resumed their violent attacks on the city of Baalbek and surrounding villages from after midnight until the early morning hours.
The aggression targeted the city of Baalbek and its outskirts near the road to the town of Nahleh, as well as the southern side extending towards the town of Douris. The enemy's airstrikes also attacked the following villages: Janta, central and outskirts of Nabi Chit, the Saraain Plain and its surrounding areas, Brital, Taybeh, Khodor, Jamaliyeh, Douris, Chaat, Amhaz, and up to Laboueh. Several towns were subjected to multiple airstrikes.
The Israeli aggression resulted in martyrs and wounded, who were transferred to hospitals for treatment. The attacks caused widespread destruction to various types of property, including homes, buildings, factories, hangars, stores, and warehouses. Even schools were not spared from the damage, including Al-Salah Islamic High School in Baalbek. The windows of homes near the targeted areas were shattered due to the force of the blasts.
