Major General Abbas Ibrahim received the Norwegian Ambassador, Martin Yatvik, at his office this afternoon on a farewell visit marking the end of his tenure in Lebanon. The two parties discussed the developments in Lebanon and the region, particularly the situations in Gaza and southern Lebanon.
Ambassador Yatvik emphasized the depth of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, while Major General Ibrahim praised the ambassador's role in strengthening these relations and wished him success in his future endeavors.
