At the invitation of Cypriot Maronite MP John Moussa, a meeting was held in Nicosia with Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides attended by Lebanese Ambassador to Cyprus Claude Hajal, Maronite Bishop of Cyprus Selim Sfeir, and a group of Maronite leaders in Cyprus.
During the event, lawyer Paul Youssef Kanaan, alongside Sheikh Wadih Kanaan, Chair of the Tourism Committee at the Economic and Social Council, presented a multilingual edition of Professor George Arab’s book on the Qannoubine Valley.
President Christodoulides expressed his deep connection to Lebanon, emphasizing that "Lebanon is in his heart and mind within the European Union."
