Lebanese Democratic Party leader, Minister of the Displaced Talal Arslan said in a tweet on Friday, soon after al-Suwayda abductees were liberated from the Islamic State: "From the very first moment, we clearly expressed our full confidence in the Syrian Arab army, under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad. They are the only protectors of the Druze in Syria. Today, with the return of all the abductees taken by the Islamic State, it is proven once again that the brave Syrian army is the protector of Syria, and it will achieve a great victory very soon, God willing."
