Ant Smith has written a book, a poem and has his face splashed across billboards, all in the name of his small penis.
Smith's book, the Small Penis Bible, talks about what it's like to have a penis that measures four inches when erect.
But Smith is going up in the world - landing himself a job as the frontman for a campaign with the slogan 'There's nothing wrong with a little prick' for health service Thriva, whose service allows people to conduct their own finger prick blood tests. Get it?
Smith said:
"This campaign with Thriva is the perfect way to spread the word about preventative health, good mental health and good physical health, what's on the inside of the body, not just the outside.
While playful, it's a serious message, we will all be better off if we properly monitor what's happening inside our bodies that we perhaps can't see in the mirror. It's something some people are scared of addressing, even if all it takes is a small prick."
He previously admitted that he spent a lot of his life in "deep anxiety about penis size".
The 50-year-old wrote:
"This constant comparison and emphasis on 'normal' forces us to reject the very things that make us special. It prevents us from learning to love ourselves.
And that prevents us from learning to love others. Personally, I'd rather be anything other than normal, or average, or mundane. Viva la difference. Infinite variety and diversity is the very thing that has made us a successful species."
