Beirut's Accusatory Body, presided by Judge Nada Dakroub, ordered the release of prominent businessman Bahij Abou Hamzeh, who has been detained for 4 months on charges of embezzlement filed by a football team sponsored by the Progressive Socialist Party leader
Beirut First Investigative Judge Ghassan Oueidat issued an indictment in the said case and referred Abou Hamzeh to Beirut individual Criminal Judge for trial. Oueidat agreed to release Abou Hamzeh on a bail of 20 million Lebanese pounds.
