After politics, diplomacy and "military promises" failed, it is the turn of initiatives and solutions. U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry starts in Geneva talks round for days with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov hoping to reach an agreement that will end the case of Syrian chemical weapons spearing the country and the World a devastating war.
According to U.S. and Russian official sources, a team of experts will go along with Kerry to Geneva meeting. It is likely to be joined with experts from the U.S. Army in massive destructive weapons and chemical weapons.
Meanwhile, President Vladimir Putin said that chemical weapons were used on August 21 near Damascus, not by Bachar al-Assad regime Army, but by Syrian opposition forces, to provoke intervention by U.S.
Putin warned in an article broadcasted by The New York Times daily that bypassing the United Nations and take military action without Security Council authorization is not acceptable. "A strike on Syria would unleash a new wave of terrorism. It could undermine multilateral efforts to resolve the Iranian nuclear problem and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and further destabilize the Middle East and North Africa", he said calling the U.S. to take advantage of the Syrian willingness to destruct its chemical arsenal further to Moscow's proposal.
