Is it the Victory of Regime and Hezbollah in al-Qussayr?

Al-Qussayr on Wednesday morning is totally devastated and the battle was declared over.
In fact, Syrian troops announced full control of embattled strategic town of Al-Qussayr, mid Syria, Syria state TV says.
The state TV said that Syrian Arab troops is now in full control of the embattled town of Al-Qussayr, in Homs provinces where a huge number of rebels were killed and another number was detained.
The state News Agency “SANA” said that regime troops "restored security and peace" in southwestern and south neighborhoods of al-Qussayr city yesterday after full control of the Municipality building the main square in the city.
The operation undergone by the Army lead to the death and wound of a huge number of “terrorists”, destroying their arms and tunnels used for arm traffic as well as the dismantling of many bombs of different weights.
The Syrian rebel fighters announced their withdrawal from al-Qusayr while the Syrian Observatory said that Hezbollah fighters are in control of al-Qussayr.
