Hamas Announces the Failure of the Ground Attack Launched by the Occupation on Gaza

Statement by Hamas leader Ali Baraka:

"The ground offensive launched by the occupying forces on the Gaza Strip from three fronts has failed, resulting in severe losses among the enemy's soldiers and equipment.

The enemy fell into ambushes prepared by Palestinian resistance on several fronts, and defensive plans were in place since the beginning of the battle.

Cornet and Yassin missiles were employed to repel the attack, and we expect the enemy to attempt again.

The Israeli occupation used helicopters to evacuate the wounded and killed from the battlefield."
