Watch: Dbayeh Highway Barely Survived a Disaster this Morning!

Caretaker Minister of Public Works Ali Hamieh shared a video on the “X” platform, accompanied with the following message: “The unpleasant surprise of the Dbayeh Canal early this morning, 10/4/2023: The torrent swept away with it, in addition to dust, sand, tree branches, and waste, huge water pipes that could have blocked drainage channels on the highway and caused certain disasters.”
