Caretaker Minister of Culture Mohammad Wissam Al-Mortada, on Wednesday received in his office at the Sanayeh palace, the Russian Ambassador to Lebanon Alexander Rudakov, with whom he discussed an array of public affairs and the bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields.
