President Michel Aoun met Prime Minister Najib Mikati on Wednesday afternoon at Baabda Palace, and tackled with him general affairs.

Upon his departure, PM Mikati was asked, "Does it seem that there are any positive developments?"; to which he replied, "Who said there isn't ? The sun is rising and everyone is seeing it."
