Mikati Declares National Mourning and Closure of Institutions Tomorrow

Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued the following memorandum:

"Tomorrow, Friday, October 15, 2021, a general closure will take place in mourning for the souls of the martyrs who died during today’s events. Therefore, all public administrations, institutions, municipalities, and public and private schools will be closed."
