Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Abdallah Bou Habib, met on Thursday with US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland at the head of a delegation, accompanied by the US Ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea.

Discussions touched on the US administration's support for Prime Minister Mikati's government, and ways to provide US support to Lebanon at this difficult stage.

"We will continue to support the Lebanese army," Nuland emphasized.
