Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea took to Twitter on Monday to call the government to provide help to Lebanon's private schools amid fears of closure due to the current financial hardship they are facing.
"Private schools have accompanied Lebanon ever since its independence," Geagea tweeted.
"The government must not let them collapse under the burden of the current financial and economic crisis, but it should offer them immediate help to ensure their continuity," he added.
