Foreign Minister Nassif Hitti held talks Monday with Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Emmanuelle Lamoureux, over the bilateral ties between the two countries, in addition to Canada's quest for a seat on the UN Security Council.
Hitti later met with Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, Nicoletta Bombardiere.
The pair reportedly discussed the Lebanese-Italian relations and the UNIFIL's mandate renewal.
