Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati received in his office the UNRWA Commissioner General, Philippe Lazzarini, in the presence of UNRWA’s Director in Lebanon, Dorothy Klaus.
Discussions during the meeting reportedly touched on the conditions of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon and the work of the UNRWA, in addition to the challenges facing its work in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Separately, Mikati received Norwegian Ambassador to Lebanon Hilde Haraldstad with whom he discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region.
