The National News Agency reported that an Israeli armored force entered the town of Taybeh, where its members carried out a sweep operation using medium machine guns inside the town's neighborhoods. This coincided with an enemy bulldozer carrying out digging operations in some of the streets and neighborhoods.
Another enemy force also advanced towards the northern neighborhoods of the town of Maroun El Ras, where its members exploded a gate of a house in the area while simultaneously firing machine guns at nearby homes.
