Caretaker Minister of Public Works and Transportation Ali Hamieh announced on X that the removal of debris from areas affected by the 24/23 aggression has entered the implementation phase. This follows the approval of the project terms and directives issued by the Prime Minister.
Hamieh added that discussions have begun on assessing damages and determining aid mechanisms for residential and non-residential units that were either partially or completely destroyed.
He emphasized that reconstruction is a key priority for all and called for transparent efforts.
Hamieh also welcomed all forms of assistance to support the reconstruction process.
