Caretaker Labor Minister Mustafa Bayram condemned in a speech he delivered during a ceremony honoring martyr Zakaria Mohammad Mehdi Israel’s actions in Gaza, calling the conflict part of a broader genocidal campaign.
Bayram emphasized that the “Tawfan Al Aqsa” battle was a deliberate attempt by Israel to exterminate the Palestinian people, backed by NATO.
Moreover, the Labor Minister criticized the international response, highlighting how swiftly Western leaders rallied to Israel’s side while neglecting the humanitarian crisis unfolding.
“Israel's continuous violations of ceasefire agreement aim for further aggression,” Bayram said, explaining that Lebanon, alongside resistance groups, agreed to a ceasefire plan proposed by France and the U.S. but accused Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu of provoking new hostilities.
Bayram also warned of the Israeli ambition to expand its territorial claims, threatening broader regional stability.
