The spokesperson for the Israeli army Avichay Adraee announced that the Israeli army recently attacked militants and dozens of rocket launchers and Hezbollah infrastructure across Lebanon.
He wrote on X:
"Israeli Air Force fighter jets have carried out airstrikes in various parts of Lebanon, targeting militants, dozens of rocket launchers, and Hezbollah military infrastructure. Air Force jets also struck a rocket launcher in the Burghaz area in southern Lebanon, which had been used to launch two rockets, shortly after the launch.
The rocket attack towards Israel constitutes a violation of the agreements between the State of Israel and the State of Lebanon. Israel calls on Lebanon to implement the agreements and prevent hostile operations by Hezbollah from its territory. The State of Israel remains committed to the agreements regarding the ceasefire in Lebanon.
The Israeli army remains prepared to continue airstrikes as necessary and will continue to work to protect the citizens of the State of Israel."
