The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announced that its humanitarian convoy was on the move to Deir Al Ahmar.
"Our humanitarian convoy is on the move. Today, 4 UNHCR trucks, part of the Logistics Cluster Convoy, are heading to Deir Al Ahmar, Bekaa, to support families displaced by airstrikes," the UNHCR said in a post on X platform.
It added that the trucks are carrying 1,500 blankets, 1,000 winter jackets, 900 sleeping mats, and 700 solar lamps.
"With temperatures dropping quickly, this essential aid will help keep families warm and safe," it said.
